LED MODULE LIGHTS
LED Module Lights are easy to install and easy to transport, resulting in reduced labor costs. An LED lighting installation is clean and simple. LED lighting and components require only one 1/4" wall penetration per channel letter compared to neon which requires a minimum of two 1/2" penetrations per channel letter. This means less wall destruction and no excess conduit or GTO wiring. LEDs eliminate the need for neon tubing, tube supports, GTO wire, tie wire, insulator sleeve and boots, federal bushings or housings, and whatever else you use now and a lot of assembly time.
LED Module Lights have a long life of over 50,000 hours, reducing service costs. LED Module Lights allow channel letter depths to be reduced. LED module can be easily incorporated in small channel letter designs. LED module illumination sources are easily scaled, making them a better choice for larger channel letters.
LED Module Lights offer excellent cold-weather performance. LED module technology's greatest benefit is that it uses only 12 volts. Neon normally uses 9,000 to 15,000 volts. Neon transformers are heavy. An LED controller can power up to 125 ft. of LED Module Lights. A neon transformer will power 60 to 72 ft. depending on the type of gas used at maximum load. Unlike neon, LED modules are virtually unbreakable.
